Biocon Ltd has announced the unaudited results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2011.
The company has posted a net profit of Rs 68.07 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2011 compared with Rs 87.33 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2010. Total income has increased from Rs 350.62 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2010 to Rs 400.53 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2011.

The Group has posted a net profit of Rs 85.70 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2011 against Rs 89.22 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2010. Total income has increased from Rs 427.70 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2010 to Rs 524.39 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2011.
