Bosch to consider share buyback

Auto parts’ major Bosch Ltd will hold a board meeting on July 1 to consider a buy back proposal. In a notification to the BSE, Bosch said that it plans to look at buyback of equities. The promoters’ holding in the listed entity is 71.18 per cent, while the rest is with the public. The shares of Bosch closed at ₹21,525. 05, which was higher by 2.86 per cent.
