Tyre major Bridgestone has inaugurated its first concept store in Secunderabad.
Concept stores are large format tyre stores displaying the complete product range and offering services and enhancing customer experience. These also offer some front-end mechanical support including oil change, spark plug and break pads.
The Japanese tyre and rubber major has a manufacturing facility at Kheda, Madhya Pradesh and plays a role in the automotive industry by supplying to original equipment manufacturers and supporting the replacement market.
After inaugurating the store, Mr H. Tanigawa, Managing Director of Bridgestone India, in a statement said: “The concept store, a unique retail concept which we are introducing as a part of our expansion strategy, will add a new dimension to the retailing of tyres in the region through our direct and indirect business operations.’’
