Brigade Enterprises Ltd, backed by good sales in fourth quarter (Q4), has posted higher profits on consolidated basis at ₹72.05 crore as against ₹15.46 crore recorded in the same period last year.
The company’s income from operations is also higher by 73.74 per cent to ₹777.83 crore as against ₹447.68 crore in the same period last year. EPS for Q4 stood at ₹4.38 compared with ₹1.35 last year.
“The company sold space aggregating to 0.96 million sft with total value of ₹520 crore during Q4 FY19 which is 23 per cent higher as compared to Q3 FY19,” said MR Jaishankar, Chairman and Managing Director Brigade Enterprises Ltd.
“FY19 has been a good financial year for Brigade Group. Our performance across all the verticals we operate in — be it Residential, Office or Hotels, have seen robust demand and the same is witnessed in our Operational and Financial results,” he added.
