Brigade Enterprises has announces strategic partnerships with IT majors Microsoft and Intel to benefit start-ups in its technology focused Real Estate Accelerator Programme.
Brigade Enterprises, real estate developer, recently launched the country’s first real estate focused accelerator programme - BEAP. The sectors in focus are Internet of Things (IoT), nano technology, cleantech and renewables, visual computing such as augmented reality and virtual reality and logistics. Solutions can be applicable in either B2B or B2C models.
The accelerator will mentor start-ups whose products or services can be used in the real estate industry across various domains be it residential, office, retail or hospitality. Speaking on the tie-ups with Microsoft and Intel, Nirupa Shankar, Director and brains behind Brigade REAP said, “The associations will help the young companies accepted into the programme in the real estate sector in India. The start-ups will gain tremendously though mentorship from industry leaders and domain expertise from Brigade.”
