It has tied up with various hospitals, diagnostic centres and and others in the field.

"We want to cover the entire country. We are now ready to serve an estimated target population of 400 million across the country," he said. He said the medical insurance penetration in the country was low, but the CallHealth's services would be affordable and accessible to all sections of the people. He then explained the features of the digital platform and the business model adopted by the company.
Satish Kottakota, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), said during the past three years the company had spent Rs 400 crores and Rs 200 crores would be spent on the expansion drive. He explained that no platform fee would be charged till partners (franchisees) earn a return of 24 per cent on their investment. He said there were a few companies and organisations offering a few services using telemedicine in the country, but CallHealth is the first integrated digital platform offering all services at one stop.
