Century Plyboards (India) Ltd said on Tuesday that it acquired 51 per cent stake in a Singapore-registered trading company for ₹1.07 crore. Century Plyboards in a disclosure to the exchanges said it planned to invest ₹7 crore more in the company. Century Plyboards sources sawn timber from South-East Asian countries and Pacific islands.
