In a new initiative to make its dealership network more efficient growth partner, Century Plyboards (India) Ltd has planned to hold a five-day orientation programme in best management practices.
It will entail a 3-day customised Management Development Programme at IIM Calcutta, and a 2-day direct exposure in manufacturing of its wide range of products at the company’s plant on the outskirts of the city.
Fifty of its top bracket dealers will participate in the programme. Around 100 more top dealers would also be covered through this programme in the next few months.
