CenturyPly has entered into a tie up with a Chinese door manufacturing company - Goldea - for making flush door and panel door.
According to Sajjan Bhajanka, Chairman, CenturyPly, the company will seek approval from the Registrar of Companies for incorporating the joint venture company - Century Goldea Ltd.
CenturyPly will hold 60 per cent stake in the joint venture, while the Chinese company will hold remaining 40 per cent. The total investment in the joint venture would be Rs 70-80 crore.
