Cera Sanitaryware Ltd has reported a net profit of Rs 21.40 crore for the first quarter ended June 2016 against Rs 15.66 crore in the same quarter last year, indicating a growth of 36 per cent on year-on-year basis.
Net sales stood at Rs 223.94 crore against Rs 199.63 crore, showing a growth of 12.18 per cent.
The earnings per share (basic and diluted) during April-June stood at Rs 16.45 compared with Rs 12.05 during the same period last year.
The company shares ended at Rs 2486, up 0.7 per cent on the NSE.
