Fertiliser maker Coromandel International today formally completed the process of amalgamation of Sabero Organics Gujarat Ltd with itself.
This follows the filing of the orders of the High Court of Hyderabad and High Court of Gujarat approving the scheme of amalgamation.
“With the filing of the court orders with the respective Registrar of Companies, the scheme has become effective from December 31, 2014,” the company said in a communication to the BSE.
Now, the company will be reporting the unaudited financial statements for the quarter ended December 31, 2014 after giving effect to the amalgamation.
As provided in the scheme, Coromandel will be fixing the record date in due course for ascertaining the shareholders of Sabero Organics, who will be eligible for allotment of the shares of Coromandel International.
