The Ahmedabad-based Corona Remedies Pvt Ltd on Monday said it is launching “Rasva”, a natural fat binder, in collaboration with the Belgian company, Kitozyme.
In order to bring new lifestyle products, Corona has entered into an exclusive collaboration and in-licensing agreement with Kitozyme, a life sciences company active in health and wellness, nutrition and natural solutions, said Kirit Kumar Mehta, Chairman and Managing Director, here.
Rasva, manufactured in Belgium and marketed in the developed countries, would be a novel concept for weight management, he said.
Established in 2004, Corona, having a turnover of Rs 100 crore and its manufacturing facility at Solan, Himachal Pradesh, would also launch over-the-counter (OTC) products shortly, Mehta said.
