Diamond Power Infrastructure Ltd (DPIL), an integrated player in the power equipment and EPC segment, on Tuesday said it has received orders worth Rs 115 crore from Larsen and Toubro, Monte Carlo Construction Ltd and others for supply of cables and conductors. Mr Amit Bhatnagar, Managing Director, DPIL, said the orders are expected to be executed over the next 12 months. On Tuesday, the company's share price at the BSE closed 3.52 per cent up at Rs 158.70.
The current order book position of the Vadodara-based company stands at Rs 1,350 crore, which is expected to be executed over 9 to 12 months. DPIL had recently won orders worth Rs 78 crore for supply of turnkey equipment and had commissioned its extra-high voltage (EVH) cable plant at Vadodara. It had also signed an MoU with Orissa-based Utkal Galvanizers Ltd to acquire a stake in that company.
