Dr. Reddy's Laboratories has said that the agreement on July 22 to acquire the pharmaceutical prescription portfolio of JB Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals in Russia and other CIS countries has been mutually terminated in the overall business interest of both parties.
Russia is one of Dr. Reddy's focus markets where it continues to improve its market ranks and is committed to expand its presence in the region.
