Awareness on the lack of quality superbike service in India has prompted DSK Motowheels to launch its National Manpower Excellence Centre (NMEC) in Pune.

Spread across 9,322 sq ft, the DSK-NMEC is the largest such facility for Benelli globally.

The integrated training-cum-service centre will provide complete vocational specialisation in superbike servicing industry and allow technicians to view live issues under expert guidance and see them being rectified. It will serve as a model workshop and support DSK Benelli products across all its outlets.

In a statement, Shirish Kulkarni, Chairman, DSK Motowheels, said, “Today, it is a nigh-upon-impossible task to find the right person who can deliver quality service for a superbike as well as handle discerning superbike customers in India. With the launch of DSK-NMEC, we are going to create these super professionals by training them in all aspects of superbike servicing and equip them with soft skills for quality customer experience.”
