Easun Reyrolle Ltd, a power transmission and distribution company, has bagged a $84 million project through its subsidiary ERL Switchcraft GmbH, from Australia—based Energex Ltd.
The order valued at around $84 million is expected to be completed over a seven year period, Easun Reyrolle Ltd said in a statement.
Energex is one of the largest electricity corporations in Australia.
Easun Reyrolle Ltd would manufacture some of its key components at new facility in Bangalore, set up at an investment of Rs 80 crore.
Besides bagging the latest project, Reyrolle has won several export contracts particularly in West Asia and Africa for supply of ring main units and power protection systems, the statement added.
