Educomp to merge arm with itself

Educomp Solutions said that it will initiate the process for merging its subsidiary Edu Smart Services Pvt Ltd with itself, subject to necessary approval as required. Edu Smart provides technical services to schools. It has also approved issuance of equity shares to the lenders, as per SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009, on conversion of funded interest term loan at the board of directors meeting, the company informed the BSE.
