EKKI acquires Deccan Pumps

Coimbatore-based EKKI Pumps & Systems has completed acquisition of Deccan Pumps Pvt Ltd, provider of open-well submersibles, mini-submersibles and regenerative monosets for agriculture, building services and public utilities market. Deccan Pumps incidentally is another family-owned undertaking belonging to the group. Kanishka Arumugam, Director, EKKI, did not disclose the financial details. EKKI group will offer 550 models and pumps up to 120 HP, under two brands – EKKI and Deccan, he added.
