Empee Distilleries to raise ₹37.5 cr

Empee Distilleries plans to raise ₹37.50 crore through the issue of secured, rated, listed, redeemable non-convertible debentures to select investors. The company has informed the BSE that it has approved allotment of 375 numbers of 14 per cent debentures on private placement basis. EW India Special Assets Fund Pte Ltd will get 302 numbers and Arum Investments 73. This is in line with the EGM held on March 10, it said.
