Public sector company Engineers India Ltd has posted a 10 per cent growth in profit after tax (PAT) at Rs 161 crore for the second quarter of the current fiscal. The PAT for the same period in the previous year stood at Rs 147 crore, a company release said. The company earned revenues of Rs 668 crore in the last quarter. Further, the release added that the revenue generated by EIL’s consultancy segment during the three-month period has risen by 24 per cent to Rs 353 crore against Rs 285 crore last year.
