Era Infra Engineering Ltd (EIEL) today said it has bagged a construction order worth Rs 383.7 crore from Delhi Metro Rail Corporation.
“EIEL...has been awarded a contract....for construction of elevated viaduct, five elevated stations...including architectural finishing, plumbing works of stations on Alwaye-Petta line of Kochi Metro Rail Project at Kochi, Kerala by Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd,” the company said in a filing to BSE.
EIEL is an integrated infrastructure company with its presence across the country.
The company had reported 26 per cent dip in consolidated net profit at Rs 109 crore for the year ended March 31, 2013.
However, the consolidated net sales for last fiscal rose to Rs 4,684.8 crore, over Rs 4,365.9 crore in FY-12.
The shares of the company closed at Rs 143.60 a piece, down 1.34 per cent from the previous close.
