Escorts said tractor sales were up 9.4 per cent in September at 7,072 units, as against 6,465 units logged in the same period last year.
In an exchange filing, Escorts said its Escorts Agri Machinery segment posted domestic sales of 6,844 units (6,397 units) for September 2014. Exports were at 228 units (68 units).
