Fenesta Building Systems has extended its retail reach to Andhra Pradesh opening a gallery of its windows products in Begumpet area. It has plans of opening similar galleries in Vijayawada, Nellore and Visakhapatnam.
Part of the DSCL group (DCM Shriram Consolidated), Fenesta will have its range of windows, including sliders, casements, tilt and turn, bays and combination windows. It has plans to have arrangements with various existing stores dealing in home products for marketing its products.
The Zonal Head, Mr R.V. Kannan, told newspersons that the company had logged Rs 150 crore during fiscal 2010-11. It has five factories and over 100 dealers across the country. In the last five years, it has installed over 7,00,000 windows in over a lakh homes, hotels, hospitals, factories etc.
The immediate strategy is to expand the retail network to at least 50 cities by the end of the current fiscal. To meet increasing demands, the company has scaled up its capacities in Mumbai, Chennai and Hyderabad units.
