Soccer fans have something to cheer about, as they can watch football matches on demand.
Direct to home (DTH) operator Dish TV, in collaboration with Ten Sports, will offer 46 select matches of UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League Matches on their pay per view service.
Salil Kapoor, Chief Operating Officer, Dish TV, said that they were offering “Football on Demand” (FOD) for the first time in India, exclusively on pay per view for subscribers.
In a day, if there are four live matches at a time, Dish TV will show two live matches on FOD for subscribers and rest two will be shown on Ten Action or Ten Sports channels, he said. The service is priced at Rs 100.
