R S Sharma, former Chairman and Managing Director of NTPC, has joined Bajaj Power Ventures as Managing Director.
Bajaj Power Ventures is the holding company of Bajaj Group's power business which includes Bajaj Energy with 450-MW of thermal power generation and Lalitpur Power Generation which commissioned the first unit of the 3 x 660 MW plant.
