Fortis Hospitals Ltd on Tuesday announced a tie-up with Cauvery Hospital, Mysore, to start an advanced heart-care centre in that city.
Fortis will pick up a 51 per cent stake and manage the Rs 12-crore dedicated heart centre, Fortis Cauvery Heart Hospital. It will be its first heart venture outside Bangalore, said Dr Lloyd Nazareth, Chief Operating Officer, Fortis Hospitals.
