Gandhimathi Appliances Ltd, manufacturer of Butterfly brand household products, has secured an order from Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation (a Tamil Nadu Government undertaking) for the supply of 10 lakh pieces of table top wet grinders for Rs 204 crore plus Tamil Nadu VAT.
The supply is to be completed during FY 2013-14, the company said in a communication to the stock exchanges. The shares were trading at Rs 292.05, down Rs 3.30, on the BSE.
