General Motors India, the local arm of US automobile giant General Motors Co, has launched updated versions of its Chevrolet Cruze sedan. The sedans have been priced between Rs 14.37 lakh and 16.99 lakh (ex-showroom, Mumbai).
"The Cruze has received an overwhelming response from consumers across India since its launch in 2009 and continues to be the largest-selling Chevrolet nameplate globally," Rajesh Singh, Vice-President (sales, marketing and after sales) of GM India said.
The updated version comes with added features such as a six-speed manual and six-speed automatic transmission with a two-litre VCDi engine.
The automatic transmission provides a mileage of 14.81 kmpl and the manual 17.3 kmpl (Automotive Research Association Of India certified).
