State-promoted Gujarat Minerals Development Corporation Ltd (GMDC) has reported a nearly 7 per cent increase in turnover and 11 per cent hike in profit after tax (PAT) in the third quarter ended December 31, compared with the corresponding period last fiscal.
While the turnover was Rs 384 crore (Rs 360.40 crore), PAT stood at Rs 112.46 crore (Rs 101.48 crore), an official said on Tuesday.
On Tuesday, GMDC's share price at the BSE closed 1.18 per cent down at Rs 179.40.
GMDC's wind power unit generated revenue of Rs 52 crore.
