Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals on Tuesday said a joint venture company in the name of ‘EcoPhos GNFC India Pvt Ltd’ was incorporated on March 14, 2016, for setting up a two lakh MTPA Di-Calcium Phosphate project at Dahej in joint venture with EcoPhos s.a. Belgium.
At the time of writing this report GNFC shares were trading at Rs 82.95 apiece, up 0.18 per cent over the previous close.
