Godrej Properties has posted a 10 per cent rise in its consolidated net profit at Rs 51.99 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2015 against Rs 47.24 crore in the same period a year ago.
Income from operations declined to Rs 422.27 crore during the third quarter (Q3) of this fiscal from Rs 519.30 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year. Total income fell to Rs 450.29 crore for the quarter ended December from Rs 538.64 crore in the year-ago period.
Pirojsha Godrej, MD and CEO, Godrej Properties Ltd, said, “We have surpassed Rs 1,200 crore in sales for the third consecutive quarter of this financial year. We are especially excited by the customer response to the launch of ‘The Trees’ in Vikhroli which was the most successful launch in the history of GPL in terms of value sold in the launch quarter. As we commence the final quarter of the financial year, we look forward to building on this momentum.”
