Digital marketing company GETIT Infoservices on Friday rolled out its ‘DigiGains’, a platform for digital marketing, for the benefit of Small and Medium Entreprises (SMEs) in the region.
GETIT and Google India have entered into a partnership to cater to strong demands for digital advertising from SMEs and market Google adWords products and as part of it they would develop, launch and manage digital campaigns for SMEs, Siddharth Gupta, CEO, Getit Infoservices, told reporters here.
Getit’s key contribution in this business partnership was to provide extensive pan-India reach with its strong field force and will also be involved in complete servicing the Google adwords campaign, Gupta said.
This initiative will help Coimbatore, housing over 50,000 SMEs, mainly in engineering, automotive components, textile machinery and pumps and motors, to reach a global reach at lower cost with measurable results and personalisation, Sachin Sharma, Partner Manager-Channel partnerships, Google India, said.
As India is emerging as the third largest internet market and its e-commerce business likely to touch Rs 4,000 crore in 2015 against present 1,200 crore, SMEs could exploit this cost-effective powerful media to enhance their business through digital marketing, Sharma said.
