Grindwell Norton’s directors resign

Grindwell Norton Ltd has informed the BSE that Guillaume Texier, Director and Benoit d'Iribarne, Alternate Director to Marie-Armelle Chupin has resigned from the board of directors, consequent to the re-organisation of their responsibilities within the Saint-Gobain group. The board at its meeting held on February 2 has accepted their resignations. It has also re-appointed Anand Mahajan as the Managing Director for five years with effect from April 1, 2016. The board has also appointed Laurent Guillot as an Additional Director of the company.
