Grundfos Pumps India, a wholly owned subsidiary of Grundfos, Denmark, recently ventured into painting and pre-treatment processes in the automotive industry.
Addressing a group of journalists during a visit to the company’s facility, Shankar Rajaram, Head – Industry (North and South), Grundfos India, said pre-treatment and painting process applications account for 35 per cent of pumps used in automotive industry.
Grundfos products are energy efficient and will help the automobile industry to reduce water consumption.
Rajaram said the company’s presence in industry water treatment is gaining traction.
