Grundfos Pumps India Ltd, an arm of Denmark-based Grundfos, is looking at doubling its revenue to Rs 1,000 crore over the next four years. Its reveune was about Rs 500 crore in 2017. In an interaction with newspersons here on Monday, its Managing Director NK Ranganath said the company had registered 'good' growth for the last two years.
“This will continue during 2017 and 2018 as well,” he said. Apart from industrial and building segments, Grundfos will look into segments such as agriculture and solar energy related areas. Grundfos is also in talks with the Government of Telangana and is exploring opportunities for collaboration, Ranganath said.
It is already working with 13 states in different areas. In addition, ramping up of its points of sales, distribution network across the country (which are about 200 now) and expanding its service offerings will also be done.
"I think all these drivers will take us to Rs 1,000 crore turnover as per Indian GAAP, " he said.
