GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare (GSK) Ltd posted a net profit of ₹285.81 crore in the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2019 — up 34.9 per cent compared to ₹211.81 crore in the same quarter previous fiscal. Revenue grew by 9 per cent to ₹1,286 crore in the fourth quarter.
“The Board of Directors of the Company recommended a dividend at the rate of ₹105 per equity share of ₹10 each for the year ended March 31, 2019,” the company said in a statement.
In FY 2018-19, the company posted a net profit of ₹982.80 crore — up 40.3 per cent over ₹700.10 crore in the previous fiscal. For the full year, the revenues of the company grew by 9.25 per cent to ₹4,782 crore.
