Bathroom fittings and sanitaryware firm H&R Johnson (India) has rebranded itself as Johnson Bathrooms.
The rebranding is part of the company’s efforts to ramp-up the Johnson bathrooms business by investing in capacities as well as market reach. It also reflects a definitive shift of H&R Johnson (India) from product marketing to solutions marketing with emphasis on product innovation and after-sales service, the company said.
This will also help to boost revenue growth for the company.
“The rebranding of the bath product business to Johnson Bathrooms is an effort to create a strategic refresh of the business vertical as we seek to scale up the business,” said its Chief Marketing Officer, Mr R. Kurup.
The company plans to set up a pan-India service infrastructure team to service customers’ post-purchase requirements. The company has invested nearly Rs 40 crore in ramping up manufacturing capacities to over 1.5 million pieces per annum. It has two manufacturing units in Jammu and Baddi.
