Hari Sankaran on IL&FS Engg board

IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Ltd has informed the BSE that Hari Sankaran, Vice-Chairman and Managing Director of Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services Ltd, has been appointed as an Additional Director of the company board. This appointment will be effective from December 11. The board of directors approved requisite circular resolution to this effect. Arun K. Saha has resigned as Director of the company with immediate effect due to other commitments.
