Hero MotoCorp launched two new scooters - ‘Duet’ and ‘Maestro Edge’ in Bengaluru on Thursday. These scooters on completely new platforms - are the first of the products developed by Hero’s own in-house technology.
The Duet is priced at Rs 48,400 (ex-showroom Bengaluru) for the LX version and Rs 49,900 (ex-showroom Bengaluru) for the VX version. The Maestro Edge will be available for sale at all Hero dealerships across the State from mid-November.
Pawan Munjal, Chairman, MD and CEO, Hero MotoCorp, said “With the unveiling of the Duet and Maestro Edge, Hero has entered into the next phase of its exciting journey. It is a step towards the evolution of this iconic brand that has, for many years, personified reliability and efficiency.”
Unveiling the scooters, Ashok Bhasin, Head of Sales, Marketing and Customer Care, Hero MotoCorp, said, “The southern region is a key market for us and we are confident that the scooters will instantly appeal to the customers.”
