Ahmedabad-based animal healthcare player Hester Biosciences Ltd registered a standalone net profit of ₹9.9 crore for Q2 FY19, up 11 per cent from ₹8.85 crore in Q2 FY18. Standalone income from operations stood at ₹42.5 crore (₹38.4 crore).
The Hester board announced an interim dividend of 20 per cent, or ₹2 per equity share on the face value of ₹10 per share. For H1 FY19, its net profit stood at ₹19.6 crore (₹15 crore). “Ninety-six per cent of the sales target and 101 per cent of the profitability target was achieved,” it said.
