Himatsingka Seide, a vertically integrated home textile company, has posted 69.34 per cent higher profits for first quarter of FY 2016-17 at Rs 45.35 crore on a consolidated basis compared with Rs 26.78 crore during the same period last year.
The company’s revenues for Q1 were marginally higher by 2 per cent at Rs 480.48 crore against Rs 471.05 crore during the same period last year. EPS (basic) stood at Rs 4.61 (last year Rs 2.72).
