Hindustan Motor Ltd said that it sold more Pajero Sports than Ambassdor last month. In September, it recorded sales of 170 units of the SUV.
It is a licensed manufacturer and marketer of Pajero Sports of Mitsubishi in India. The company’s own brand Ambassador sold 165 units in September.
HML’s total September vehicle sales stood at 351, including 16 LCVs called Winner.
During the April-September period this year, it sold 2,166 units against 1,938 units in the comparable period last year.
