Hinduja Ventures Ltd has informed that the High Court at Bombay has approved and sanctioned the scheme of amalgamation of IDL Specialty Chemicals Limited (transferor company, a wholly-owned subsidiary company).
The company has applied for the certified copy of the order. The same will be submitted to the exchanges once issued by the High Court.
In a statement, the company has informed that on October 30, 2015, the High Court at Bombay, in the matter of company petition, approved and sanctioned the scheme of amalgamation of IDL Specialty Chemicals Limited in to Hinduja Ventures Limited.
