Hindustan Foods today said it has joined hands with Pepsico India to produce various products, mainly Kurkure, of the beverages giant at its manufacturing facility in Goa.
In a filing to the BSE, Hindustan Foods said it “has entered into manufacturing and supply agreement with Pepsico India Holdings Pvt Ltd to manufacture on monthly basis, mainly Kurkure extruded products and any other products as may be mutually agreed in future”.
All the products will be produced and supplied under the trademark of ‘Pepsico’, it added.
The company, however, did not share any financial detail regarding the agreement.
According to the agreement, Hindustan Foods will manufacture the products at its facility located at Usgao, Ponda, in Goa.
The company further said the agreement is for manufacturing the products for a period of up to June 30, 2014.
