Fast moving consumer goods maker Hindustan Unilever Ltd (HUL) has informed the stock exchanges that its board will meet on October 26 to take on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2012 along with the limited review report of the auditors for the corresponding period.
The board will also consider the proposal for payment of interim dividend for the financial year ending March 31, 2013.
The record date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of the shareholders for the interim dividend, if any, has been fixed as November 2, 2012.
The company shall intimate to the exchanges the unaudited financial results and the rate of interim dividend declared, if any, upon the conclusion of the board meeting.
