Two—wheeler manufacturer Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) today reported 10.87 per cent growth in its total sales for February 2013 at 2,28,444 units.
The company’s total sales stood at 2,06,043 units in the corresponding period of last year.
Motorcycle sales jumped 30.69 per cent to 1,08,553 units in February 2013 from 83,061 units in February 2012, HMSI said in a statement.
The company, however, reported a decrease of 2.51 per cent in its scooter sales at 1,19,891 units from 1,22,982 units in February 2012.
