Two—wheeler manufacturer Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) today reported 11.09 per cent growth in its total sales for June 2013 at 2,52,114 units.
The company’s total sales stood at 2,26,929 units in the corresponding month last year.
Motorcycle sales registered a rise of 16.90 per cent to 1,20,639 units in June 2013 from 1,03,195 units in June 2012, HMSI said in a statement.
The company also reported an increase of 6.25 per cent in its scooter sales at 1,31,475 units from 1,23,734 units in June 2012.
