The Income-Tax authorities have conducted a search of records at SMS Pharmaceuticals Ltd.
The search was conducted at all manufacturing units, registered office and corporate office on Thursday, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Friday.
“`The company has extended full co-operation to the I-T authorities and they have collected the necessary information,’’ the Hyderabad-based company said.
The company’s scrip was trading higher by 2.98 per cent at Rs 242 on the BSE on Friday.
