The service has enabled the bank to enhance reliability and efficiency of critical infrastructure as well as significantly improve data management across multiple locations, IBM said in a statement.
IBM will provide the services to UBI as part of a seven-year engagement.
The data centre management services from IBM will include end-to-end infrastructure management for servers, storage and database for both production and disaster recovery sites, it added.
