The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) Ethical Standards Board (ESB) in association with Ernakulam branch of ICAI organised a seminar on code of ethics here on Friday. Inaugurating the seminar, Mr K. Raghu, Central Council member, ICAI, and chairman of Ethical Standards Board, ICAI, New Delhi, said that extensive public scrutiny of the role of chartered accountants is the need of the hour. The guest of honour was Mr K. Viswanath of ICAI, Chennai. Ernakulam branch ICAI chairman, Mr P.P. Mathukutty, presided over the function.
